Section 508
SPARTA, Inc. (SPARTA) based on its interpretation of the Section 508 regulations, reasonably believes that is products fall under the exception provision of the regulations, section 1194.3, because the products involve "the operation, or use of... intelligence activities... related to national security, command and control of military forces, equipment that is an integral part of a weapon or weapons system, or systems which are critical to the direct fulfillment of military or intelligence missions."
